Who would have thought that the new millennium would bring so many changes. We all made it to the year 2000, but it wasn’t long
before the tragedy of September 11 struck. The world would never be the same. Nor would we.
The world economy took an enormous
hit. Huge corporations tanked. Businesses disappeared. People lost their jobs, their homes. But we are slowly recovering. We always do.
Humans have an indomitable spirit. As a species we’re pretty resilient, if at times self-destructive.
Recent events have shown us how
precarious life can be. How we can be on top of the world one moment, and at the bottom the next. We learn from our mistakes. We grow from
our misfortunes. We adapt to change and move forward.
Enjoy Better Skin! was launched in July 2009. We will develop and update the site
on an ongoing basis, providing you with the most up-to-date information about skin care and skin-related topics, with an emphasis on all
natural skin care.
Some things are beyond our control. Natural disasters and economic collapses among them. There
are things we can control, however - your appearance and your health, if not totally, then to a great extent.
On Enjoy Better Skin! we seek to provide lots of good, free, useful information about skin and skin care in the hope that you can take responsibility for the
health and attractiveness of you skin. You can do this by taking advantage of all the free information we provide you – the what’s and
how-to’s of natural skin care.
Is this information really free? Yes, all the information provided on our web site is free for
the personal use of our visitors (of course Copyright restrictions apply - see our Copyright and Terms of Use pages for details).
Developing and maintaining a web site is not free for the webmaster, though. As owners of the
website we spend countless hours researching, writing and developing our web site. We pay to maintain the site and keep it functioning.
These costs involve domain, hosting, internet service provider, software, web tools, utilities business fees… you get the picture.
That is why you see affiliate ads or links on some of our web pages. You don’t pay anything
for clicking on those links, by the way.
If you click on one of the merchant links or ads, you are simply taken to that merchant’s
website. There you can read about whatever product caught your attention. There is no salesman looking over your shoulder. Some of the
merchant pages are quite informative and you can get a lot of good, useful information just by reading them.
If you feel the product is not for you, don’t buy it. If you feel it meets your needs, place
your order on the merchant’s web site and we receive a commission on the sale. That, very simply, is how we can generate income for our
website – this is called affiliate marketing. Our commission is always taken from the merchant, not the buyer. You don’t pay a penny more
for the product.
It’s a fair and secure system. We provide free, useful information to our visitors. If our
visitor decides to purchase a product through one of the links or ads on our site, we receive a small commission from the sale from the
merchant.
We hope you’ll bookmark our website on your computer so that you can visit us frequently. We
